JANESVILLE 鈥 As it graduated four students Thursday, the Wisconsin School for the Blind and Visually Impaired also celebrated its long history in Janesville.

The school, founded in 1850 in Janesville, is marking its 175th anniversary this year. It鈥檚 operated today as part of the Wisconsin Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, that in turn falls under the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
